Our story:
In 2014, my Aunt Ruthie, who was recently diagnosed with dementia after having survived a brain aneurysm, came to live with us. Summer was 15 years old. We were blessed with caring for Aunt Ruthie for seven years. She graced us with her immense personality and inspired us. We cheered on the Seahawks together, enjoyed concerts in the park, laughed till we cried, played games, enjoyed a good beer every now and again, and delighted in countless activities.
This home exists because we found that caring for another person is one of the greatest gifts that can be bestowed
Who we serve:
We serve a maximum of six adults who need assistance with daily activities but prefer a smaller, more intimate setting than a larger facility. Residents often include older adults, adults with disabilities, those with chronic health conditions, or those in hospice.
With our Nurse Delegation certification, we provide customized services to meet our residents’ specific needs. We are experienced in ostomy support, diabetic care, feeding tube care and use, memory care, wound care, immobility, swallowing restrictions and special diets, seizure care and hospice.
